gotRoasted is a small independent project.

We only process data required to operate the shop. This includes contact and order data such as name, email address, shipping address, order contents and payment status.

If you create a customer account, we also store the profile data you provide. If you subscribe to notifications, we store your email address for that purpose.

We use your data to process orders, match payments, arrange delivery, respond to support requests and contact you when necessary about your order.

We do not use personal data for targeted advertising and we do not sell personal data to third parties.

Payments are processed via Mollie. Data required for payment processing is transmitted to the payment provider.

We use technical service providers for hosting, database, authentication and email delivery. They only receive access where necessary to perform their function.

We store personal data only for as long as needed for the stated purposes or to comply with legal retention obligations.

You can request information about your stored personal data and ask for correction or deletion within the scope of applicable law by emailing hello@gotroasted.ch.

We use technically necessary cookies so the shop, cart and login can function.

In addition, we use Umami (cloud.umami.is) for privacy-friendly, aggregated usage analytics so we can understand which pages work and where we can improve them. No personalized advertising and no sale of personal data.
