We roast in small batches in Switzerland and put on the bag what we want to know ourselves: where the coffee comes from, who grew it, how it was processed, and when it was roasted.

gotRoasted. Small Batch. Big Memory.
Not every bag needs to do everything. These three directions make the shop easier to read and the pricing easier to justify.
Sweet, balanced, uncomplicated. Coffee for every day and for people who want something good without overthinking it.
Cleaner, brighter, more precise. For filter drinkers and people who want to taste origin more clearly.
Deeper, rounder, more chocolate-driven. For espresso, superautomatic, and people who want a calmer cup.
Before we buy anything, we taste a lot of coffee. We work with importers who can tell us which farm it came from and who is behind it. If we cannot trace it properly, we do not roast it.
We roast in small batches on a machine we know well. Every roast gets its own number. When it is gone, it is gone.
Brew it the way that suits you. And if you want to know more about where it came from or how it was processed, it is all on the bag and behind the QR code.
Most coffee bags tell you the country. We tell you the farm, the farmer, the altitude, the processing, and the roast date. Not as a gimmick, but because those are exactly the things we want to know ourselves.
