We ship within Switzerland with Swiss Post. Shipping costs are shown clearly and used exactly the same way in checkout. Small batches are roasted fresh and then dispatched promptly.

Up to 2 kg. Usually 2 to 3 business days after dispatch.

PostPac Priority
Up to 2 kg. Usually the next business day after dispatch.

The available shipping option and exact shipping price are shown again clearly during checkout.
Timing
We roast in small batches. Orders are packed promptly after roasting and handed to Swiss Post within 48 hours at the latest.
For small batches
We do not artificially suppress shipping costs. Fresh coffee, careful packaging, and reliable delivery belong together.

Returns & Issues
Food products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or below standard, contact hello@gotroasted.ch within 48 hours.
