Offer and order
Product listings in the shop do not yet constitute a binding legal offer. By submitting an order, you make a binding offer to purchase.
After placing an order, you will receive an email confirmation. The contract is concluded once payment has been successfully authorized and we accept the order.
Prices and payment
All prices are shown in Swiss francs. Available payment methods are displayed in checkout. Payments are processed via Mollie.
Shipping
We currently ship within Switzerland. Current shipping costs and delivery times are shown on the shipping page and in checkout.
Freshness and availability
We roast in small batches. Availability can change quickly and individual batches are available only in limited quantities.
Complaints
For hygiene reasons, food items cannot be returned. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect or not up to standard, contact hello@gotroasted.ch within 48 hours by email — we will find a solution.
